RETURN & REFUND POLICY – DIAWARA SCENTS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Diawara Scents. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, used, or altered fragrances are not eligible for return or refund, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

For returns based on a change of mind or other approved non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error or an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Diawara Scents will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from an error by Diawara Scents.

 

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. After this 15-minute cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled.
